The "Shawarma House" app allows its members who agree to the terms to place orders from "Shawarma House" restaurants or any of its branches through the website. The purpose of the site is to provide a convenient service for customers, connecting them with branches in their area to facilitate ordering takeout meals. The interactive menus allow customers to select their orders easily and quickly.
You have the right to cancel your order within (5) minutes of placing it through the website. We reserve the right to cancel any order containing incorrect information despite efforts to maintain accurate prices and descriptions.
When registering on the "Shawarma House" app, you will receive a "Username" and "Password" set by the member. These credentials are personal and must not be shared or used by anyone else. The user is responsible for keeping the password confidential, choosing, and protecting it. "Shawarma House" is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the password. The user may change the password at any time. The app may send notifications about offers in your area via email. Users are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information and notify us immediately of any changes. Registering multiple memberships for a single person is not allowed. "Shawarma House" reserves the right to terminate membership if these terms are violated.
Members must provide accurate information in the registration form and are solely responsible for any losses resulting from providing incorrect information. Members must not use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including distributing illegal or prohibited materials. Members must not interfere with others' use of the website or attempt unauthorized access to the site's systems.
